The earliest mention I could find for the page is from Feb 2022, which predates ChatGPT, so it wasn't made for that purpose.

License doesn't matter. They're going to take it. Copyright is dead (if you're an AI company)
That comment says the page was about Encanto. It’s now about Zootopia 2. Clearly they’re updating the page.
But I agree it’s absurd to claim Disney would be making pages like this as training material for LLMs.
