I think there wouldn't be too many exploits casually flying around the net for this kind of thing ;) but it'd be an interesting experiment. I once wrote a CTF challenge for a retro-themed challenge. That was fun and it took most of the participants still the better half of a day to pop it, simply because the system is so obscure by today's standards!
