The model did exactly what they asked it to? It wrote a detection rule for malicious curl commands, then attempted to test it

yeah, i saw this as well. it seems like in the worst case it's a leak of an internal URL seen during RLVR training or something along these lines. Doesn't seem particularly malicious.
