I think there's antibodies around disagreeable AI takes, honestly. It's fair enough. We're in this funny don't ask/don't tell stage still, regarding AI use.
You're right that this would be awful if mandatory.
but it often was socially mandatory!
At least when those times come, the work can go much further before I have to actually "check in" vs doing some well-trod analysis via automation I've set up. That's great!
