I've been trying to adopt this approach and struggling. Any advice on how to learn this sort of systems approach? It doesn't seem to come very naturally to me
Sure! Make sequence diagrams, or get the agents to do it as part of what they deliver. That's always been very helpful for me to develop a "boxes and lines" view. The boxes are right there across the top and the lines go between them!
