No what you're experiencing is productivity increase not work increase. You're doing less but producing more.

My productivity has gone off the charts using AI, but the actual effort and work required has stayed roughly the same.

A working day is still the same length and everyone still has 24 hours in every day...but what they can now do with that time has increased several fold.
