The touch screen mac and iphone duo feel like ideas Apple has rejected for so long because they suck, but consumers keep asking for it. Seems they finally relented and released them, and people can learn it's simply bad.

Foldable phones are a growing segment of the mobile phone industry. The newest iterations of foldables work quite well and I'm quite happy with mine, and I have no desire to go back to a candy bar phone after having one.

I think touch screen Mac is mostly pointless though.

Duo is a great idea. The only reason foldables suck right now is because foldable screens are a plastic joke.

If you can special plead away the unavoidable materials science and engineering downsides there’s lots of ideas that can sound great. Alas that’s not the world we live in.
