Hey there TuxedoBuddy, that sucks. My advice would be the advice that I would give myself in your situation: take any job, no matter how low and immediately start looking for something better. That kicks you out of the rut and limits the damage, it also immediately stretches your runway. Besides that: it hopefully will create a healthy dissatisfaction with your new found job to the point that you will be very motivated to get rid of it, but this time on your terms. Much strength, I hope this helps you.

There's a lot of AI training jobs that fit this perfectly now. Right up to the dissatisfaction - you really do feel like a cog in the system. It pays well, but it reminds me of those stories about Amazon workers who are afraid of taking pee breaks.
They'll promise that the love you and you'll do well, and suddenly you're flagged for low performance because someone used AI to check your work and nobody checked whether the work-checking AI is valid.
Great advice.
If at all possible, I'd say favor part-time, so it gets you up in the morning, but doesn't completely fry you out by the time you come back home.
